Sweet potatoes – packed with hyaluronic acid, they are great for keeping your skin elastic and lubricated. 5. Onions – the sulphur in onions is a powerful detoxifer, which helps cleanse your liver, gets rid of toxins and leaves your skin clear and fresh-looking. 6. Green tea – rich in flavonoids, it can help protect the skin against ageing as well as reduce skin damage caused by the sun. 7.
