The reason most of us end up with clogged lashes is because we put mascara on too quickly. This is how to do it:
- Apply an eye lash thickener & conditioner to prime lashes wait 10 seconds until dry.
- Wipe the mascara wand on a tissue before you give the first coat.
- Apply a layer of mascara to the upper and lower lashes. Wait at least 10 seconds to dry.
- Apply a second layer to the upper lashes (only if you need it).
- If you botch it, wet a cotton Q tip (saliva is better than water because it’s thicker and lifts make-up off your skin more easily) and roll it over your skin.
- Try to replace your mascara every six weeks as it becomes dryer over time.
Black mascara can look harsh as you get older so try a blackish brown or brown mascara to make the eyes appear softer.
